Why did my website disappear from google after editing it?

after optimizing website meta description it stopped appeared on google’s listing? Does it take a few days to rephres or how does it work?

Hi,
if your website is new then it happened that google disappears webpages,don’t be afraid just get some backlinks from social bookmarking sites,social networking sites etc and your website will be definitely in the google index within a time manner.
