which php open source is good for an ecommerce site as well as for SEO?

I wanna know about PHP open source. I wants to develop an ecommercial site that should be have search engine friendly too.
What do you guys thinks ? Please have your opinions.

There are so many solutions, a quick Google will yield you many results.
Do you want to learn about PHP open source?
Do you want to develop a secure, safe, reliable, stable, traffic friendly e-commerce site?
Do you want to learn SEO?
That’s a lot to take in all at one time, especially if this is your first website.

There’s tons more to learn about PHP open source than just e-commerce, there are open source blogs like WordPress, CMSs like MODx , bulletin boards & forums like phpBB, frameworks like CodeIgnitor, FAQ generators, user management, polls & reviews, etc.
There are a million different open source projects going on right now at SourceForge.

First, SEO is a subjective term. Getting clean URLs like product/cellphones/nokia for example is actually known as SEF (search engine friendly). Just about any decent system will have this. The rest is quality copy text and doing a good job filling in the product details as much as possible. Each system will have different features as well, which is far more important.
I would look at Magento. It is a solid platform that has both a community (open source) edition and a professional grade level for serious sites. Magento has grown quickly, and is one of the best ecommerce PHP systems available.
