Which blogging site will I get more comments, views, and traffic on?
I’m already on Google Blogger, what other sites can I make my blog on and get maximum comments, views, and traffic? I know promotion is key, but beyond that?
(Another way of answering this question is which blogging site does YOUR blog belong to? And how has that worked for you?)

If you want to get out there make YouTube videos. If you get enough people following you and not use copyrighted material unless you made it you can apply for partnership and get paid from YouTube. The money is generated by ad revenue placed on the video page.
I have used blogger, tumblr, and livejournal
Personally, I preferred LiveJournal for the community, as LiveJournal was created years ago and has a more mature community. Depending on the type of blog you are writing you may want to use Tumblr, as it is a very simple and easy use tool for blogging, but anything really long and that requires detail I still recommend LiveJournal.
