Check reelmind.com, it’s not exactly what you are asking for but we offer up to 35 minutes of your film streamed for free. We are also working on a system that will push our member’s films to various distribution platforms, it’s coming soon.

If you need it fast and you need it all, it isn’t going to be cheap. That said, for what you want, you are best off hiring a consultant who will work out the details for you, rather than trying to find a single Web host or the like.
