Try going to Google Adsense and open an account. It’s a great way to advertise and generate revenue. Also, try an SEO (Search Engine Optimizer) like http://www.seopainter.com or other various sites. This one though is far less expensive than many other seo software programs. I believe it’s a one time fee of $29.99.

You can add your website to yahoo and google search engines. You can also do advanceed search on yahoo! answers for open questions about what you website answers or if their looking for a certian website like yours, you can suggest it.

Without entering the site and leaving the content to my imagination, you may want to also have a blog that will give specific information about the content.
You can use a free blog at blogger.com or wordpress.com It will be indexed in the search engines quicker because of frequently updated content. You can also do a google search for adult-related forums where you might find your audience and be sure to put the website address in your signature.
You may also want to see if you can advertise at adult friend finder or couples sites. The products you offer are more and more mainstream these days.
