What is the easiest and cheapest way to find someone to build and E-store website?
What is the best way to go about finding a web developer to put together a relatively simple, but effective online store for the sale of T-shirts? I need a shopping cart and a connection to an E-merchant account.. I would like it to be databased, and easily accessible for graphic changes or item updates.. I need there to be an easy to use Admin program for customer and item management, and I need it to be optimized for search engines.. And, most importantly, It needs to be done inexpensively! Around 350$.. Am I asking too much.? How does someone go about finding a good web designer?

No you are not asking too much for $350, most developers will develop you an ecommerce website for this price, but they may charge extra for updates.
Or you could try a professional company to do this for you, the following company provides everything that you are looking for about $20 per month.
