What is the Best way to promote my new website?
My New website is. www.getlazed.info, it is a very basic site, just for information, and appt scheduling online, What is the best **FREE** ways to promote it, and how do I get my website on search engines, like google,alt vista, yahoo, etc…? ( i have submitted my website several times to google.com/addurl, with no results!)
and my meta tags are correct!

You could also start a facebook group page that is associated with your website. Visit other faceboook groups that you think would benefit or be interested in your website and invite them to join your face book page group which relates to right to your website.Go where your target audience goes. Pull up facebook, myspace, linkedin directories and join groups that have members that would need your services.
