What is Meta Data? And how do you add it to a WordPress Blog?
I have a blog www.stayathome-mom.com/blog and when I tested its ranking it said that I don’t have a description in my Meta Data. How do I get this info. added?

Meta data is a description of the data. In order for instance to read a file of type .doc you need a metadata description for that kind of data.
Now many types of data are described with a program, others are described by a date file fed into a common program. These data files are metadata.
