What do you think about this house in Tomball Texas? 5bd 2 1/2 bths 2651 sqft living area on 1 acre of land?
What do you guys think about this house? It seems like a pretty good offer (I am buying a different house around the area (I need a lot of space inside) but I fell In love with this house the moment I saw it, and now since I did not have the opportunity to buy it, I decided to spread the word, WHO KNOWS? maybe you even place a contract!
Anyways, What do you think? Do you like it?

P.S. It was built in 2007 and lived in for about 2 months which is something that caught my eye, it’s not a 30 year old house.
P.P.S If you happen to like it enough to place a contract, call the Listing Agent, it should be on the page, but I have sent other people listings from the site and they have trouble finding the listing agent phone, so as a pointer, it should be on the left hand side of the page.
Anyway, what do you think?
WTF are you talking about???? I’m not spamming my house for sale, I still live in FL! I’m moving up there to the house I bought next week, I just did not want to let this opportunity go by! I barely know anything about the house, only that it’s a real keeper…..I Don’t even know the owner, it was shown to me by my realtor……so stop with the nonesense comments to get your easy 2 pts!!!!!!!
And I’m actually glad that I had kept the address written down in the notebook I had of houses to see…..How would you feel if I went to all your questions and posted answers that you and I know that are not true just like you did to me (saying I’m spamming my house for sale) track down my ip address if you can, youll see I’m in Fl !(all I know about the owners is that they are relocating to South Carolina…)
And it’s not overpriced, because you haven’t noticed it’s on an acre of land, and besides I was told by my realtor that they would take an offer as low as 250, maybe even lower, I had offered 265 and they had begun to think about it, but I found something else to better fit my needs and it went back on the market….

It is overpriced at $289,900 , and it’s not on an acre of land, it’s under an acre, there is a home in the same area same street for $10,000 less is sitting on a bigger lot and 161 sf more. And I don’t want you to take this as a nonsense comment, but I do understand where the poster above me is coming from, you seem to know alot of information on this property. How does your Realtor know how low the sellers are willing to go on an offer? The only people that should know this info are the sellers and their Realtor, and it should be confident info. but to answer your question They need to lower the price, the houses in the area are nice.
here is the link to the other property.
