what do you see as the differance between consumer and commercial customers as it relates to online experiance
this is question on a job screen pre interview please HELP?
Also describe any experience with SEM ( search engine Marketing) and the results.

I don’t think there is a difference between a consumer and a commercial customer. They’re both wanting service, they both want to spend their money, they both have questions that need to be answered and they’ll both go someplace else (to another online provider) if their needs aren’t fulfilled. What’s the difference?
As far as SEM, I have no experience. Sorry.
