Hello, my website is: http://www.transcosmic.com, I recently noticed a grayed-out PR bar in my Google Toolbar while visiting my website. My website is relatively new, so prior to that the PR bar showed 0 but respectively was white – now my website has been and still under construction for around a week now – stating so on the homepage, I’m not sure when the PR bar turned gray but it was somewhere in the past few days I believe…

When I do the "site:" search in Google it does show cached pages of my website – over 300, but when I click on the "Cached" link next to a random page, in most of the pages Google tells me that there is no cache for that, nevertheless it does list it in the search results. Also, my homepage is cached fine showing a cached version from May 29th, in the past Google was caching my homepage around once a week so nothing seems out of the ordinary there…

Now, I don’t have many incoming links to my website yet, let alone quality links, but Google did show some links in the past with the "link": function but now nothing. I believe my website is search engine optimized enough, I also use canonical links and 301 redirects to avoid any duplicates anyhow… Is it common that Google drops PR for under construction websites, or is it common for 0 PR websites to become gray-barred occasionally (I wasn’t getting any good links for a while…) and a couple of good links can restore the situation to at least 0 again (kind of reminding Google that my website is still there)?

Thanks in advance!
