Hi I am an search engine optimizer and wants to work for clients, but do not have resources to find clients. Can any one tell how i will find the clients.? As i want to work as freelancer

dont waste time in non paid freelance sites …
give a try to
elance.com and guru.com
you need to purchase credits to bid there .. but your bids are secure no1 can see …so its more likely to get projects and more earning too …
