Is there a way to search within a google search, so-to-speak? I’d like to find how many pages back a website is for a given search term — or if it registars at all! So If I search for, say, "Pirates", is there a way of finding out if my web page "davespiratesite.com" is being pulled up in the search results?
Does this make sense?
Ok so here is the story in a nutshell. I answered a guys question last night about a how to create a toolbar for a website. He also posted his website and asked for any input on how to make it better. So I posted a link to a website creator site. The I suggested him putting gadgets like YOUTUBE and FACEBOOK gadgets to make the site better. Everything that I said was completley relevant to the question and answer. So then I get a email this morning stating that my answer was deleted because I was promoting personal websites. Then I shot them an email asking how they could validate it and they shot me another email stating that I did not follow policy and was promoting personal websites.

you. I do not do the whole web page thing but I have friends that do. I
have heard them mention this website before and according to them and
the website it is free. I googled how to make a toolbar and that is
actually the first one that came up. I looked at your site. I copied and
pasted it and I assume it was the correct one. Don’t take this as an
insult just critisism. It is very plain. So you play the game LOST. You
need to add some pizzaz to it buy putting some screen art in the
background preferably from the actual game so when someone visits your
page they don’t have to guess what the game LOST is in the even they
don’t know anything about the game. I would also play around with
the font. The banner you have going across is kinda cheesy. Find a
website, maybe the one below, that you can make your own font that is
nice looking, maybe flashes or something instead of a simple banner.
Then it will convert it into script so that you can embed it into the
website. Add things that will make the visitor enjoy coming to the site.
There are tons of free gadgets online that you can add to your website
like a cool counter, a embedded music player, stuff like that. I hit the
link for your videos and all I saw was a sentence saying you didn’t
know how to put them on there. If you are having technical difficulties
why not add a gadget or a link to your YOUTUBE vids. I would go with the
gadget so the visitor doesn’t have to leave your site and makes it
more interactive. Also, maybe link your page to Facebook fan page and/or
each players Facebook page. Hope it goes good for ya.

I need any tool or free software that can help me find the link in the entire website….If i place my URL in the search box it searches the entire web page and its link page to find my URL…i think search engine optimizers usually use this sort of this ..Is there anyone who can help me please!
Recently read the analogy about page rank. But one thing still mingling in my mind, for instance, if I get a back link from an unrank or maybe PR 0 web page but the domain homepage has 3 PR, which link juice will contribute into my PR? I mean does Google consider the home page PR or the unranked while assigning me a link juice? Expert advices required.

A couple of my web pages were ranked in Google SERP (1 web page on 2nd page and 1 on 4th page of Google) for competitive keywords but for the past week or so, they are no where to be found in Google search results. those pages don’t even show up in exact on in title searches either.
I started building some back links for those pages lately through forum postings, article submissions and blog commenting (before they disappeared). Can any one help me understand if it is Google dance or my web pages are de-indexed by Google permanently?
If latter is the case than how can I get them indexed by Google again? Thank you all in advance.
I’ve recently got into an argument with my bank. I opened a student account with them as the website advertised a free young persons rail card with the account, now Natwest are claiming I opened the account before the promotion started and that no such promotion was on their website when I opened the account (which it was) and now they are refusing to help me.
I seem to remember a web site a few years back where you could type on a web page and a date and it would show you a screen shot of the homepage on that date (Quite interesting looking at things like eBay and argos) But I really can’t remember what it was.

I’m a computer programmer but need to create a web page for a small trial. Is there any program mainly free which will allow me to create web blogs and some small web pages very easily. or where i can learn online to create those things.
I want to display a different web page for a different web browser.
For example; if the user is using mozilla firefox, i want my web site to display the website optimized for mozilla firefox users; where as if the user is using Microsoft Internet Explorer, i want my website to display a different web page.
Does anyone know how to do this in HTML or PHP code?
PS; the browsers i just mentioned aren’t the only ones that I want different webpages to display.
