No one visits their site…
It doesnt appear in the search engine listings…
and before long is resigned to the webstie graveyard (where ever that may be)… and no money was ever made from the venture.

]]> We were recently asked to cease and desist selling and using the logos of a product we sold on our website. We removed the product from the website and all pages that had any mention of it.

Currently, various search engines have the site cached and our webmaster has the links redirecting to similar products. Keeping in mind that there are no logos or mention of the product on our website, is redirecting current search engine listings to similar products a violation of US trademark laws? Please list sources if possible.

]]> Hey guys. I am the owner of several yahoo groups and treat them like websites in that I put tons of pics, files & info in them. Some of my groups actually have more content than many related websites that i’ve seen. Unfortunately, most people never get to see my groups cuz they don’t show up in Google or Yahoo searches. I would like people to be able to see my groups in search engine listings. If this is possible, how would I get them listed and within the first few search pages? Thank’s for the help.
