Other good SEO methods?
I am experienced with SEO, and know the basic methods of optimization, such as keyword density, link building, sitemap generation and submission, etc.
Does anyone know of any other methods for SEO?

There are not only those methods of SEO, but also many methods of marketing that go hand in hand with SEO. One of the most popular right now is media, and social media. THey act as little bumps in helping to increase the validity in SEO practices.

You didn’t mention keyword research which is the foundation of SEO. Either targeting the wrong keywords, or keywords that are too competitive for the budget won’t drive traffic.
You need to target keywords that get searches that you can rank on the first page for. At the same time, target more competitive keywords that will take longer to achieve success. By doing this, you will get immediate traffic with the small fish while working toward capturing the bigger fish.

Hi,
If you are experienced with SEO and make sure that the search engines can access all the pages (SE Friendly URLs, sitemap), and can understand the pages correctly (title tag, page content, anchor text in the inbound links), and make sure that you take care of the issues reported in Google webmaster tool and MSN webmaster tool, then you may want to focus on other types of optimization:
1. You may want to submit/claim your profile in Google local business center http://www.google.com/local/add and MSN local listing center https://ssl.search.live.com/listings/ListingCenter.aspx to make sure your site shows up for the local searches as well.
2. If your site has videos, you may want to create a video sitemap http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=80472 to make sure your videos appear in the search results.
3. You may want to optimize your site for mobile searches as well http://www.seroundtable.com/archives/006868.html

You’re doing a lot of the good things. One thing that isn’t on your list is On-Page Optimization. Things like page titles and your internal link structure (along with your anchor text) are important.
Social media like Digg can bring lots of traffic but not a lot of conversions.
Blog badges are the new fad right now but only work for clients that already have a large customer base or a lot of traffic.
