My Regional Manager is blocking for a promotion. What should I do?
work for a big hotel grouop. I have been a manager before but my regional manager is blocking me and won’t allow me to get a position as manager( I am a clerk). I did web design so I sent to my Corporate office suggestions to improve the Corporate site , the operation , the sales. The Senior Vice President sent me a thank you email. I sent a second email with better suggestion , got amother thank you email from the VP but still no position. What should I do? I am depress

Leave and find an organization that appreciates your talents and will allow you to grow with them.
As for legally, you have not stated any cause which would support a valid legal action against anyone.
