Also, you will also probably want to have some kind of waiver for each band to sign. If they are going to be performing on camera, you don't want them coming back to you a month from now claiming you ran their video on YouTube without compensating them. Your waiver should basically explain that the video is to be used solely for purposes of providing clients a sample of your work and will not be used for commercial or broadcast purposes.
