Is submitting my blog RSS Feed to a bunch of different RSS networks a good form of SEO?
Pardon me if my wording is off…I’m new to this RSS stuff…
I update my blog every couple of days, and I believe I have quality content, and I also use some of my keyterms in there, including the title

Yes, that’s a good way to get more links pointing at your site.

Yes. These networks have high PR. RSS feeds also allow you deeper linking. Every link in your posts gets circulated around.

Posting your RSS feeds to some feed directories does help with SEO. Also the feeds themselves could get republished on other people’s sites and be a good source of direct traffic as well
Hey Jerry, that sure is a good way. Each time, your new post will create an amount of new incoming links, which will increase your PR, and it will make you be found more easy. So, more visitors, which will then in turn also link to your website (albeit only a very small part, but all bits help).
So, yes, keep on doing that!
