You don’t seem to know what you are doing. But I think what you are looking for is "coregistration"
Search google.
I have yet to find good information on that, but there is a lot of companies that can help you.

Beyond referrals, the best leads I’ve found (are just looking for companies’ websites that could be helped a great deal by my services and then contacting them. That’s probably one of the main things people would be doing who provided you with leads. Good luck!
A professional SEO should know how to enter the market and find business easily. I fear that you don’t know too much about SEO but you are offering SEO services?
