Is Google really an innovative company ?
I had a look at their products and services and I don’t see anything that is original. They did not invent the search engine and they did not come up with the idea for paid keywords. Apple has nothing original either but they are innovative when it comes to marketing and they make excellent products. Interested to see what others think.

They take Ideas and build off them with the best geeks in the world. That is coming from a pretty awesome geek. =P

Doesn’t matter. I own Google stock and I watch it go up five dollars one day and then down ten dollars the next. I love the roller coaster ride. Going to the track is just too far.

You don’t need an original idea to be innovative. You can simply make a product that’s already around, but make it better. Think of it this way: Think of cell phone manufacturers. There are quite a few of them. They’re using an already existing thing, but they strive to make theirs better. It’s competition, that’s how free market works.
They’re the world’s most popular search engine. Google is well-known for delivering the most relevant results in searches.
Gmail is speedy, no annoying skyscraper ads, and the anti-spam is great.
Chrome is also speedy, secure, and reliable.
They have free doc creation and storing. They have a word processor, spreadsheet, and presentation app. Because of this, Microsoft is thinking of having a free, Web-based version of Office.
Google must be pretty good if they’ve managed to rake in all that money.

they search for others innovation around the world and buy them.
