if i send link of my website by emails to my friends.. will it improve google rank of site if they click it ? ?
does a URL being clicked from an email received by number of people equally contribute to page rank as any other backlinking website..?

sure it is. Google may have another engines to identify that they were ALSO clicked inside an email message, but it’ll sure count for them.
