I started a blog over a month ago,and I am having a hard time getting any traffic.?
I have done all that I researched about blog traffic. None of
the sites mentioned(including Stumble Upon,Technorti or
RSS feed have done anything. I know its still early,but any
advice?

with out sounding rude , why would I or anyone else want to go to your blog , answer that question as honest as you can. and you will then have your answer.
