well its a matter of which programms u know . U can use many programms for web design,,And u can use Microsoft FrontPage.
OR if you want someone else to do it for you cheap enough,,, try finding Graphic Design Students, because they do web design at University,,! good luck!

You may want to try starting up a blog for a start. Its not that difficult. Just need to take some nice pictures and post it with a clear description. Its free anyway.

have you tried http://www.deviantart.com ?
it’s an art community, you can promote your art there. but if you still want a website of your own, you can put a link of it there. there are many art enthusiast who visit it as well as other artists.

I think the problem is, if you set up your own web site, will people find it?
You could learn the software and pay for a sever only to find you’re getting no hits.
I think a better bet is to get a page on an artists web community. These tend to come up higher as hits in google, so more people will see your work. You will get the benefit of interaction with a peer group. If someone is looking to find art, they are likely to stop by this sort of site before just a random artists page.
At the wider enthusiast end there’s; http://www.deviantart.com/
Or aimed at the arts professional and there’s; http://www.re-title.com/
These are just two of many out there, but searching out others might find something that is especially appropriate to what you do.
It will be far easier to get onto sites like deviant art, as sites like re-title have quite a tough application procedure.
Of course, if you want to have your own site, there’s nothing to stop you being on a community as well, and you can find the two work well in tandem.

Don’t go to the all expense of doing that! Just use flickr.com or blogspot.com instead.
