You will want to do some simple things in the search engine optimization realm.
One is make sure your meta tags are in properly, make sure you are using quality keywords so people can find you, and then you’ll want to do some link building by writing articles, submitting your site to directories and the search engines, perhaps linking from other sites, and so forth.
Press releases work well for local businesses also.
SEO takes time but can also happen quickly if you’ve chosen quality keywords and so forth.
You can also try a small budget for some Pay per click advertising. This is a short term and quick solution to generate traffic.
Sounds like you may want to do some research on the above or hire a firm to handle it for you. But don’t pay an arm and a leg. It’s not as hard as it’s made out to be.

Okay, so I didn’t check the competitiveness of your keywords, but I am asumming you are focusing your online marketing efforts locally in Chicago, IL area.
I think you should focus on getting into Google local listings (you will end up in search as a local business) at http://www.google.com/local/add/businessCenter?gl=US&hl=en-US You can pick the keywords and industry for your area.
Another thing I think you should focus on is a PR campaign. Your customers can easily make a good local press story. You can also use your press releases to make your website more keyword relevant for the search engines. Use your keywords in your anchor text and try creating pages specific to each keyword, one per page if possible. Try not to stuff your pages though, the search engines can penalize you for spam. Here is a good source for PR and SEO https://www.wspider.com/1526.html
Also, you can market your business online and get good keyword rich back links to help your ranking by submitting articles to article directories. Here is a good place to submit from http://www.vretoolbar.com/articles/directories.php

First off – that won’t happen. Google and the like get paid for the top billing.
I looked at your source code and you are loosing the point of Keywords, you are using sentences. Google goes to the keywords for placement and if you have a lot of "ofs, thes, as, ands" and the like, you’ve lost your shot.
Put a link to Google and yahoo in your opening page. Even if you make the font white and it does not show. The search engine looks for it first. They like you have them there and you move up the que.

After a cursory review of your SEO metatags, we offer the following improvements:
1. The <title> metatag contains your domain name which you assume is a major recognizable brand. And if that is not the case, then replace the domain name with more "generic" descriptive keyword entries which best describe your product, i.e., "ceiling cover." Then follow those entries with a "geographic target," i.e., your business location – "Glenview, Illinois" and pehaps a surrounding major city such as "Chicago."
2. Within the <description> metatag, you should remove reference to the telephone number and http://www.decormasterchicago.com–all of which are not easily searchable entries; nor are they known to the general public.
3. The <keywords> metatag contains spamdexed [duplicate] entries such as ceiling, design, chicagoland, etc. and the total number of entries exceeds the normal 15-16 limitation. A review of the keywords and subsequent reduction in number is in order. Use of compound and plural variations of keywords is also encouraged.
Otherwise, your initial website design is top drawer.
Good luck!

You should register for Google local and add your business, and any coupons you can. Then ask your friends to give you reviews on google local. You should create a blog that resides on your site (using Blogger, Typepad, or WordPress), and keep it updated weekly, if not daily. This will endear you to the search engines, because they love fresh topical content. Then create a Twitter page and a Facebook page for your business, and ask your friends to follow you on twitter, and to become a fan of your business page on Facebook. At the bottom of your site, make links to "Follow us on Twitter" and "Become our Fan on Facebook"
After you have several good blog posts, you should Digg one that is timely on DIGG.com, and ask your friends to do the same.
Write articles about your business topics on Ezinearticles and Hubpages and Squidoo, and make sure to include a link to your website
Then, in addition to all the above to continuously promote your site, you should sign up for a service like v6Transition.com, which will allow you to post on their network of blogs about your business and this should create some nice buzz for you.
