(2) Wait for those people to link to you
(3) Wait for Google to recognise the links, decide they aren’t spam, and raise your pagerank.

If you really want to rank in the top 10… you need to use web2.0 strategically, having many links point to your page for the keywords your using. Your keywords… whatever it is your aiming for, must always be reflected in your "title" every time you post on these web 2.0 sites. If you want to dominate Google in ranking, for what your doing, post in at least 10 web 2.0 sites.
