How does one get a blog or website successful noticed by the search engines and lots of traffic?

A ppc (pay-per-click) campaign is quickest and most effective way to top rankings with the search engines.Targeting the audience in your market will produce great results.Start with google and overture they are the best.
But start small cause these can become costly.Email marketing and traffic exchanges along with time will produce alot of traffic.

You can use a free traffic website like Traffic Pods or TS25. They allow you to earn traffic to your website by surfing other people’s pages. You can also buy traffic from them.

I forgot to mention that you can also win huge amounts of traffic with TS25.com which makes it even more fun!!!
If you need cheap domain names or web hosting i’d go with 1&1 because they have some free coupons for Google Adwords and other traffic schemes when you sign up…
