How do you find my website design and loading time?
Hey, My website is http://www.websireland.com I was wondering aproxmetly how long it takes for you to load and what do you think of my design, eg layout, navigation etc.
Its not yet fully optimized and the google ads will be going with the hit counter soon.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated,

Your website design is good enough. Try to tweak more in terms of graphics. Increase the top banner size and also the Links size.
And the main content font should be changed. Also try some flash designs. That gives good impression. and by the way it takes 15.312 seconds for your website to load. The background picture loading is delayed by say 4 seconds even when the complete page is loaded. Try to optimize the picture. Good Luck
