How do promote my book via blogs?
I have recently written a book and I have a web site and I am wondering what is the most effective (in terms of both time and cost) way to market this via blogs?
The book is on narcassism.

You could try a website called worthyofpublishing.com to promote your book. I do know of self published authors using this website to promote their books. Click on the source link below for further details.
Put a price tag on the book and talk to bloggers in your book domain (by contacting them through their online forms or emails) asking them to review your book and in return offer them free book or something like that.
