Well I am the representative of as a SEO Company India(http://www.wildnettechnologies.com/) but I will not say that I am the best because its up to you to decide which company is the best. But whichever company you choose, be sure the following thing :
– How old the company are??
– What are the projects they are handling?
– Cost & pricing
– Certification from google etc..

Well, you can easily find the good SEO consultant or companies through the keywords. Use SEO, Search engine optimization, SEO services etc..But one thing you need to gather some info like How old the company? what are the prices? previous achievements and Testimonials etc..
