How can I remove listings under the Search Engine??

I assume you are trying to clear the history in the yahoo toolbar.

In the toolbar there is a white box in which to type the search word. Next to the white box is a down arrow. Click the arrow and move to the clear search history.

Hope this is what you were looking for. I keep re-reading your question, and I am just not sure this is what you needed.
