How can I market myself as a mortgage broker?
I have recently acquired my mortgage brokers license and was wondering how I can get myself out there on the market. I have tried making flyers and stuff, but it really hasn’t helped any. I also made a website and am in the process of submitting it to the search engines, but that also takes a while. Does anyone have any experience marketing themselves or advice they can give me? Anything would be greatly appreciated.

Advertise in your local paper. Tell your friends (and ask them to tell your friends). You need to gain the people’s trust.
