How can i make easy web blogs or even create web pages without much web design knowledge ?
I’m a computer programmer but need to create a web page for a small trial. Is there any program mainly free which will allow me to create web blogs and some small web pages very easily. or where i can learn online to create those things.

I’d say that the one definitive best and free blog/website templates to use is WordPress:
It’s very easy to install and it’s very easy to create pages, it’s a great learning tool too because you can look at the code and start to actually read and understand what does what and why, there are endless WordPress tutorials as well to help you out.

Recommend that you create free websites using Microsoft Office Live Small Business – http://starturl.com/office-live . It has a free online web design tool that allows you to create web pages without coding. You can also upload your own website via its webfolder (activate third-party designer tool). MS is also giving away a free domain name for the first year (i.e. yourdomain.com)

I would have to recommend WordPress. Its an opensource software that many hundreds upon thousands of websites/blogs are created using this. I create most of my websites using this. See link below for an example.
you should check out vipersitebuilder.com . You do not need any experience building websites. That program is just drag and drop . No html needed so that makes it very nice.. he he he . It has a nice blog feature and chat forum and tons of other built in features and it is only pennies a day to have a site.
