How can I get search engines to find my blog when it is searched for?
I have a blog called Bryt on Gov (http://brytongov.blogspot.com/). I want to get some traffic on it, and want it to be easily found. If I search for it in search engines, it doesn’t come up. How can I get it to come up in the results when it is searched for?

Include META tags for things like:
sex
breasts (and all slang terms for them)
penis (and all slang terms for them)
American Idol
and tags for all other popular search terms.

At google, they could enter this in the search line
site:http://brytongov.blogspot.com/ (then what they wanna search for in your blog)

I found your site easily using Google:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22Thanks+for+visiting+Bryt+on+Gov%22&btnG=Search
But the last time Google indexed your site was March 31, when your current blog entry was titled "Election 2008 Review".
Having more sites link to your blog will encourage Google to index your site more often.
I didn’t try Yahoo! or any other search engines. Just copy a string of text from your site, something that looks unique (like the one I used, "Thanks for visiting Bryt on Gov"), and search for it using any search engines you are interested in. Remember to use the quotes! When you get a match using Google, you can click the "Cached" link to find out the last time Google indexed that page. Yahoo! doesn’t seem to share the same info as readily as Google does.

Have other sites link to it creating link popularity… Maybe post the same question about 20 times so the search engines will pick it up in answers.yahoo.com
