How can I attract foreign customers?

In Peru, where I live, the price I can ask for the services I provide (translation, search engine marketing, writing and website design) is very low… Which is the best way to attract foreign customers, so I can earn a little more?

Advertising! Make yourself a website and market it for yourself! Its what you do anyway. Advertise on Craigslist…Good Luck!
