i personally would stay away from optimizers as most of them cause more harm than good i will include a link to a site for a very comprehensive yet easy to follow guide one is for xp other is vista

r they for anti spyware prog’s?
r they trying to get u 2 download their product?
i am not sure what antispyware/virus u have on ur system

why don’t you use spysweeper? there are some other softwares too… like BPS spyware romoval etc.

Try CCleaner.

It gets rid of alot of junk. If you get pop ups, you should also try Spybot

You could also go here and download Spybot plus a few other apps.

They will also help you remove any malware or viruses but it may take a few days.
