If you have credit cards, check your statements. They send me coupons ALL THE TIME. Or you can go online and google " budget rental car discounts" or something and they should be able to pull something up. But I use the coupons that come in my AMEX, capital one, household bank and BOA statements. They are good coupons too.

IF you visit their sites and sign up for receiving more info and promotions, they happily send you info regularly. Most of the promotions they show you have a promo code and you often get great deals. I did that for my wife in Florida 2 years ago.

Sometimes, AAA and other travel agencies have info available. If you know where you want to travel, check out hotels and often they link you to promo sites. I think Orbitz, Priceline, and Hotels.com offer deals.
