I am looking for an seo company that has done work for someone that they can recommend. They do good, honest work that provided results. Thanks

Yup, your talking to him..lol I write weekly articles, been featured on about.com, do a podcast that teaches SEO and run a forum. Dishonest people can’t do that.
You will find the best SEOs don’t have time or clients because they are to busy making plenty of money for themselves.
You should look here http://www.seoconsultants.com/ for the best of the rest. Don’t forget to ask for five or so references from each of the companies on your short list and make sure you call each reference, don’t use email.
