Do you have an idea of what I can do?
Hi I am having an issue that you all may be able to help me with. I have a company that is more focused into the Search Engine Marketing and/or Optimization and I focus on small/medium sized business as the targets. My issue is that many of the smaller ones want a site done in addition to this (Which we can do but don’t always have the time, and they have smaller budgets which makes it even harder). How do you think we should handle these sites. People want to be satisfied as well as have a good price that is affordable to them.

Partner with a web designer that has the chops but is just coming up. Guarantee leads as they come for a predetermined price. Find someone that is new so they will be glad for the work and experience as it comes and they will not over charge on their rate. Also, they will be apt to give each project special attention… Just make sure they got the chops!
