Our company is working to improve the SEO of our website, http://www.aeroflex.com/. We work internationally, so we need a group that can help us improve international SEO. Please provide us with suggestions for certain companies and contact information for those groups.

Even though I do not know of any SEO company which can effectively improve your "international SEO," perhaps a review of your current opening SEO metatags is in order.
First of all, your current SEO strategy assumes that the <title> "your domain name" is a major "brand," –which if it is not; should be replaced with generic descriptive entries along with a business locale, i.e., city, state, country.
And where’s the <Description> and <keywords> metatags which are essential elements needed to be indexed by search spiders.
Before even considering attracting international business, you need to start with setting up your SEO metatags properly to attract initially — U.S. customers by elevating your PR (Page Rank) on Google.com.

I work domestically mostly, but I’ve outsourced some international stuff to this guy: seowebtwo0@gmail.com and he was great. Worth a shot.

The 1st one listed in my opinion is one of the best, have an alexa ranking of 2400.
The other ones are also good, depending on what your needs and budget are.

I have a suggestion that can work for you to find reputable international companies: have you tried freelancer sites?
I use them heaps and I find that there are a lot of good companies listed there. Plus, you get hem to bid for the SEO project for your site!
