for a website of 100 pages may i add 4 relevant inbound links to each page for all pages pointing to my home page? i.e totally 400 links are added to this website at initial stage itself ?is it acceptable or it may become a spam ?pls explain me?
only manual linking with related link good offline page content . if i do it with pretty 10 employees?

Hi there,

If you are trying to do this in order to optimize you PageRank and do some search engine optimization for another page of yours, don’t do it.. if you have to many links on a page google could bann you for linking to link-farms.

Question by Unorthodox: Can I pull in a FM radio station that is 75 miles away?
There is a station that is about 75 miles away (as the crow flies) that I would like to be able to listen to in my home. The station frequency is 89.3, if that is of any consequence. I know that having a higher quality radio would help and currently I only have cheap radios in the house. I have also heard that I can make a homemade antenna with a specific length that would be optimized for the frequency of my choice. So, my question is, Is a homemade antenna coupled with a good quality radio going to do a good job of bringing in a fm signal from 75 miles away? Any other suggestions to accomplish this? Thanks!

Of course you can, get the antenna and put it up as high as you can.

Last time I asked for programming languages, I received this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_programming_languages. I seen a lot, some of them aren’t used for websites, but what are they used for? Does anyone know where I can get a book on this type of thing?

Those are all(well, most) of the programming languages. They are all used in different places. Here are a few examples:
PHP is a server-sided scripting language used for generating dynamic webpages

C is a low-level compiled programming language used for creating native applications. (eg. Operating systems, Robotics, etc)

C++ is a version of C which is higher level and used to make more portable applications.(eg. Video games, Applications, etc)

A programmer will never learn half of these languages rather than specialize in a few. Think of a programming language as car. A Honda mechanic wont know how to fix a toyota, and a lamborghini mechanic wont know how to fix a ferrari. Programming languages are like topics. A programmers knows A programming language, not ALL programming languages

Question by God word: Is cleaning temporary files really good for internet speed?
It is often said that cleaning temporary files of xp OS is good to increase internet speed. But i think temporary files purpose is to optimize the performance of xp by prefetching the data, it seems after cleaning tmp files, internet becomes slower due to retriving of new files. what do you say?

If you never clean them, the tmp folder gets really big and every time you load a website, the browser checks the tmp folder if it’s already cached. The more files in there, the longer it takes. That’s as far as I know, the only reason to clean it.

I just read an article where it says you can get into major trouble for downloading torrents.
what is a torrent an why do people download torrents, i was on this games website world of tanks an it says if this doesn’t work go download a torrent. how is a torrent illegal if they say go download it from there website?

The word torrent is also frequently, though incorrectly, used to refer to the actual files being shared using bitTorrent. So while you might use the “.torrent” to initiate a download, most people call the download itself a “torrent” as well. And that’s more than likely what you’re asking.

websites designed exclusively for wireless customers are rare to be successful as the rate of population browsing on line through their cell is ridiculously low for doing any serious business plans. However, you can try to catch the early birds by providing (or selling someone else) applications for wireless and handheld devices.
As a start up point you can try to optimize your website for some niche product/services in the wireless market and grow from there.
In my humble opinion, overnight success happens in a nigh only if you have put serious work for few years prior to that particular night

I made this template on photoshop but I can’t figure out how to upload it to my blog becasue i can’t convert it to an HTML format.
I learned how to make the template from a website but the website didn’t show how to convert it in to a HTML format.

File > Save for web and Devices (CS 3) , things should be same for lower versions too.
