Can someone please help me with information on how I can optimize my website?
My budget is extremely low but I am willing to learn and try I do most of the stuff myself. Please I need where help.

There are many free things you can do to market and optimize your web site.
1. Make sure you have META tags included in the <HEAD> portion of your code. Google "Meta tag tutorial" if you’re unsure of what to do.
2. Add your web site manually to search engines. Almost all search engines (including Google, Yahoo, and Live Search) will have an ‘Add URL’ link that you can use to submit your site. If you can’t find the Add URL link, Google ‘Yahoo Add URL’ or ‘Google Add URL’ to find the submission pages.
3. Add your website to the open directory DMOZ at DMOZ.org. This is a comprehensive web directory that is trusted by many web users – a listing is beneficial.
4. Optimize the content of your web page. Pick a search term that you’d like to optimize for – a few words or a short phrase. Make sure that those keywords appear in your text content, your headings, your links, and the ALT attributes of your image tags as often as possible. Adsense.Google.com has a good keyword resource for this.
5. You can join affiliate programs where you advertise on your web site and your web site is then in exchange advertised on others’ sites.
