can I have off-line SEO optimization?

I am working as a seo analyst where i used to post links, articles, blogs and SMO’s. so can i have any tips for increasing my clients page rank and links of my clients may appear in the first page of major search engines.

The answer to your main question is no, you cannot have off-line Search Engine Optimization because search engines are all about what is online, what is available on the world wide web in the way of web pages.

You’re in the right track, what I mean is you need to find quality sites that is relevant and if it’s possible search for high PR sites. Off page optimization is that large that there are some optimization that suit for your site. Don’t mind about the PR, what we need to do is to increase your website placing in search engines and PR will follow.

So creating more pages in the site that get listed in the search engines.
Get liks from high PR sites to your site
Create a loup of links ie home page links to catagories , catagories to products and the products back to the home page – so PR is recycled
Remove any unnecessary links to external sites as this make PR flow away from your site.
