Can anyone tell me why I would be banned from yahoo only after paying to be added to the Yahoo directory?
Ok my website never ranked on the first page of Yahoo but did rank. I decided to pay the 9 to be added to the directory in hopes that I would rank a little higher. When I did that you can no longer find my site at all through natural keyword searches. The page is optimized no black hat it is IMHO a good site with a lot of rich content. I have given template sites with no optimization to two of my coleagues and they both show up for my keywords.
I decided to add PPC because I figured Yahoo must have sandboxed me. 0 more out of pocket to Yahoo and still can not be found in natural search but always on first page in the right column (pay per click column).
I have asked the yahoo’s and received no reply. Any suggestions would be much welcomed.

Wow– I would be pretty upset. Sadly–I am not surprised. Yahoo is a very cavalier company and cares nothing about its users–even though Yahoo is a very profitable company and its users are its assets. They get away with it because people don’t care. Most say since it is a "free service" they have no right to complain–which is not true since, as I mentioned, the users are the asset which they use to make their profits. But in your case it is even worse–you shelled out some bucks.
Yahoo will do everything possible not to respond to you–they do not care.
I am one of the few people I know who has been able to get a response out of them though. I sent two letters to them by snail mail–one certified and one first class. They called me up. I suggest you try this.
