Can a natural person operate a sweepstakes site in US ?
I would like to have a sweepstakes on my blog (for blog promotion purposes). But I am a natural person. Is there any way to run a sweepstake in US without having a company in US ? I would simply mail the prize to the winner at the end of the month. If not. what would be the alternative?

Depends on whether you charge for a chance to win or not – if you do, chances are you’re violating any number of laws (some of them Federal). If there is no cost involved to enter (including requiring a purchase of something else), you should be fine.
