I am trying to get my website www.Crunch-Care.com to show up as one of the top web searches for specific key words, such as San Diego Childcare, San Diego Elderly Care, Nannies, Post-Surgical Care, etc.

About a week ago we’ve added in key words, put in meta-tags, but we’re told we have to work on a linking campaign to drive traffic to our site.

We also need to do a better job of optimizing our site for Google, Yahoo, etc. to id our site as a top listing (not sure how we do that either)
