Anyone else think ask.com should copy Yahoo answers?
Ask.com cannot compete in search engine market share, so why not clone yahoo answers and make it more professional with more expert answers. what do u guys think? ask.com should stop with the traditional marking in tv advertisements and focus on community.

I would never say a company should clone another. There are a lot of cruddy Answers clones out there, and other not-so-cruddy clones that didn’t make it for one reason or another. Yahoo has a strong head start on the Answers-like market. What I find interesting is when I see Answers-likes incorporated into other niche-specific sites, for example gamefaqs.

There is nothing whatsoever ‘professional’ or ‘expert’ about Yahoo Answers!
Y!A serves its niche … Ask.com serves its niche. There is room for both.
Nah. Yahoo! Answers is original and Ask.com couldn’t compare with Y!A.
