about comment?
Presently I am working as search engine optimizer in a company mostly I submit links to websites and some web submission pages ask for some comment so can anyone give me some example of comments so I can feed them.

Most of the time
a) those submissions are 99% meaningless as search engines discount link farms and other similar sites (the ones that typically have submit pages) – in other words it doesn’t help your rank.
b) the comments field is probably never read (unless you’re using a human edited directory like Yahoo! Directory or DMOZ) – and in these cases you should actually THINK about what you could provide to help them rate your site properly and put it in the right category.
c) that is not SEO. Not even close.
In many case the comment means the Meta tags.
